Sister Pat Cormack SCSC is president of the Tier One Founders and the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Religious Collaborative. Pat has been a Sisters of Mercy of the Holy Cross since 1974 and is provincial of the USA Province since 2012. She has background education in Religious Education and in Organization Development. She has served in Catholic Schools, Parishes and Catholic Dioceses as well as on the staff of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious.

Sue Ernster, FSPA has been Vice President since 11/1/2018 and Treasurer since 7/1/2013. She has been an FSPA since 1998. Her educational background includes a BA in Accounting from Loras College in Dubuque, IA as well as a Master of Art in Pastoral Ministry from St. John's University and School of Theology in Collegeville, MN. She also is a graduate of the Collaborative Leadership Development Program. Her previous ministry experience includes Parish Administrator, High School Theology Instructor, Campus Minister, Certified Public Accountant.
Theresa Sandok, OSM, is secretary of the Wisconsin Religious Collaborative and president of the Servants of Mary. Prior to becoming president of her religious congregation, she was a professor of philosophy at Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky, where she also served as Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and Director of the Thomas Merton Center. She has translated a number of philosophical works from Polish into English, including a book by Pope John Paul II. She currently serves on the boards of the Leadership Conference of Women Religious and the International Thomas Merton Society.
Angelo Collins, OP, is currently on the Leadership Council of the Dominicans of Sinsinawa. Consistent with the Dominican charism of teaching and peaching and grounded in the conviction that providing quality education is an act of justice, all of her ministries have involved teaching: as a high school classroom teacher, as a teacher of teachers, conducting research and drafting policy on teaching and teacher assessment and as an administrator in not-for profit organizations and universities.
Sister Diana De Bruin is the Community Director of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her ministries in the past have been an elementary school teacher, a pastoral associate, a credit counselor in the inner city of Milwaukee for ACTS (Allied Churches Teach Self-Empowerment and Dominican Center), associate director of her congregation for eight years, and Community Director for four years. Her congregation is a stakeholder for the Wisconsin Religious Collaborative, and she believes that the future of religious life will be built on collaboration with various groups/congregations so together they can better minister to the needs of the church and the world.
Sharon Glumb, SLW initially entered the Sisters of Christian Charity, but knew that God was drawing her toward the Sisters of the Living Word when this new Community founded in 1975. During her years in ministry she served by teaching 7th graders, directing a religious education program in a suburban parish, devoting a couple of years to campus ministry, and serving as vocation director for the Community and later for the Archdiocese of Chicago as well. For ten years, she served as campus minister at three colleges in Jackson, Mississippi. From 2000 until 2006, while continuing part time in campus ministry in the south, she once again directed the Community’s new membership efforts. Following that, she returned to full-time campus ministry, where she served three college / university communities in the Memphis Diocese until 2013. At that time, Sharon was elected to serve in Congregational Leadership for the Sisters of the Living Word for a five-year term, 2013-2018 and was re-elected in 2018 for a second five-year term.
Sr. Rose Jochmann, OSF, is currently on the Leadership Team of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Holy Cross. Her ministries in the past have been elementary school teacher and principal, Leadership Team from 1997 to 2015 and Community Treasurer from 1983 to 2017. Her education includes Bachelors of Science from St. Norbert College, De Pere, Wisconsin, and Masters of Science in Administration for University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana.
